Easy Gelato was developed through the expertise of the Centrale del Latte della Toscana S.p.A., and it draws upon the quality of the finest Italian artisanal ice-cream tradition. Since 1954, the Centrale has been a market leader in Tuscany in the milk and milk derivatives sector with its Mukki brand. Now, on the strength of its renowned technological and innovative skills, and using its in-depth knowledge of dairy ingredients, the Centrale has launched a new, exclusive product range for the ice cream sector. Easy Gelato: a unique brand which represents a quality product with a high level of service. Easy Gelato was created in Florence, Italy, the city which first invented “gelato” as we know it today.

As far back as 1996, the Centrale obtained the Quality System Certification, guaranteeing its commitment to continuously improving its production processes. Over the following years, this allowed it to obtain other important certifications and international standards which go towards maintaining its own HACCP self-monitoring system. The company has the UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI EN ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC and IFS certifications. More over our internal research facility is certified UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 for quality and food safety.

Today, a traditional recipe has given life to Easy Gelato, the new long-life liquid blend that’s ready to use for making ice cream simply and quickly. Easy Gelato is a highly innovative preparation that is designed to make real, traditional Italian gelato. It can be used both in batch freezers and soft machines and comes in a practical, resealable 1 litre Tetra Pak Edge pack ideal for every requirement. A genuine product with a remarkable flavour. A unique recipe, with no added preservatives or colouring, which contains no palm oil or powdered milk. We use nothing but top quality raw ingredients: fresh milk, fresh cream, purees and pastes, sugar and other select ingredients. The Easy Gelato blends can either be used alone or combined with other ingredients, to offer an infinite variety of flavours and unlimited creativity.
All of the Easy Gelato products are gluten-free.

This blend is based on a unique recipe made using select ingredients: fresh milk, cream, sugar. Fiordilatte may be used alone or as the base for creating flavours such as hazelnut, pistachio, stracciatella and many more.

This blend is based on a unique recipe made using select ingredients: fresh milk, cream, cocoa, sugar. The chocolate blend may be used alone or enriched with toppings and sprinkles.
